The Human Resource Development Division is committed to promoting the qualitative growth and the quantitative expansion of the sectors
of education and health and is committed to developing cultural and sports activities in the country. In this process the Division,
among other things, formulates policies and development strategies, reviews existing policies and programmes, appraises new projects,
monitors the implementation of projects and programmes and maintains a sound database. The final outcome of all these activities is the
achievement of a high quality of human life for the people of this country.
